What I do is use the app on my phone, then stream it to the chromeChro on the tv. It has a lot of tv shows on there too

That's perfect. I would buy a chromecast to plug into the TV and a cheap Samsung tablet to cast TeaTV to your TV.
Also TVTap Live TV Channels for live TV channels.

Purchase an android box, fire tv, or firestick. Most apk's (their version of apps) are designed for android, not apple. $30-$100 is your initial investment and then after that everything is free. All you have to do is be on top updates and new apk's.
