- paste the link
- then type question mark
- type the letter t (for time)
- type equal sign
- then type numbers of second or minutes and seconds

1:34 of a vid could be 94s or 1m34s

On PC, when you get to the bit of the video you want it to start from, pause it. Then look below the video (next to the thunbs up / down) and click on "share". Click on the "start at" check box to put a tick in it, then click "copy".
