Looks like you don't know what torshi be. We do have mixed pickles, that is not torshi though, torshi is different vegatables and is the best groove that always has soothe

I'm a fan of Persian food however when I say kimchi is in a league of it's own I'm not necessarily saying ut's better it's just different from any other food. Just so pungent different. I'm sure these Persian torshi are more appealing in general but nothing is quite like kimchi. It will change your fridge forever.
