I used to be a gastronomical engineer specializing in the neapolitan designs, primarily. Didn't go to graduate school-- got my certification at Pizza Hut.
KFC has boxed over the register, then placed a banner in front of it. They don't have an order kiosk. The only way to order is the KFC app which doesn't have an English option. Finally after 5 minutes I got a manager that could place an order for us. Next issue, they don't have a menu. Took 5 minutes of finger pointing at the back screen for him to get the order. Try to pay, and they don't have change.
