Former Bellator lightweight title challenger Dave Jansen, UFC veteran Houston Alexander, and suspended bantamweight Mike Richman were among the list of fighters confirmed to be gone from the Bellator roster.

It's time for some roster cut announcements, not from the UFC, but from Bellator MMA. Six fighters were released following losses, while one fighter was cut after both losing and subsequently announcing his retirement. Here's the full list of pink slips handed out: (Confirmed via MMAjunkie)

Butler is a bit of a surprise too (I believe he's 4-2-1 in Bellator).

But if losing these 7 means signing the Red King, then you do what you gotta do.
