When Bellator came to Oregon the Athletic Commish did random testing on a few of the fighters. I dont remember who they tested but they passed. I forget where they were when a bunch of them failed random testing, so yes, when they are not on Tribal ground the AC tests.

i recall hearing a while back that Bellator events that are held in Indian Casino's or on Indian grounds(like in Oklahoma) that there is no drug testing as there is no commission to sanction over an Indian casino mma event.

They do exactly the same testing through the AC as the UFC have done for many a year, only recently have the UFC started the OOC testing.
