
Bellator 153, and truth be told, this is one of those cards where the ratings were all about the main event. The overall average (+3 DVR) is 686,000, which ranks it 3rd out of 6 Bellator events this year and 4th out of the 5 cards they've aired live. However, the main event between Andrey Koreshkov and Benson Henderson "drew 973,000 viewers (10:13-11pm) peaking with 1.1 million viewers at 10:57pm," per a Spike press release. "Bellator 153 saw an impressive jump of 250,000 viewers at 9:35pm once the Cleveland Cavaliers- Detroit Pistons game ended (which averaged 3.8 million viewers). In a span of 9 minutes - Bellator 153 went from 495,000 to 743,000. The telecast continued to grow leading into the main event."
