If you think it's messed up then work on your grip. I got a eagle claw gripper and a squeeze ball. Work on grip and forearms. And do push-ups and cardio and shit. You will stay in shape til it stops hurting. Working grip seemed to help stabilize the bicep by working muscles I usually don't concentrate on. You'll be fine.
