Did anyone read the article or has no one been following this story? Lavar and his sons have been locked in a lawsuit for months with Foster because they have pretty hard proof they he took a sizeable chunk of their money. This is a countersuit, which isn't uncommon in such circumstances.

The evidence will ultimately come out to favor one side or the other, but based on what's been presented thus far, things look considerably more damning for Foster.

yeah, but Lavar was playing fast with personal and business expenses...not that it's unusual, but it's like a messy divorce where everybody is outing the shady shit that everybody else has been up to.
