Was gonna make a thread about Hendo vs Bisping 2 as i see alot of people wanting this fight. BJJMMA @BJJMMA i know it doesnt make sense rankings wise but would you be for this rematch?

As a die hard Hendo fan I would say yes. I still think they match up well. Hendo is a much longer shot now than their first match and it doesn't make sense rankings wise but if they both want it I think they've both done enough to constitute getting to call their shot.

This fight makes no sense rankings wise. Hendo has not done enough to earn a title shot. But the ufc has made more perplexing, more undeserved title fights in the past, so I am all for it.

I can justify Dan getting the shot just due to his career. I am sure bisping would be up for the rematch. I would be excited for this fight, they both deserve it.

There are a few guys that clearly have a better shot than Henderson, and Hendo is 2-3 in his last 5. I am all for fun match-ups, but I don't see this one being justifiable.

Yea i still think Hendo is one of the worst matchups for Bisping but would still favor Bisping. Would love to see this fight.

Also, as a Hendo fan, I would rather see him retire. His face is flat. He was losing the Lombard fight until he killed him, and he was losing it pretty badly. My friend and I were trying to decide what would be the least costly way for Hendo to lose. Ride off into the sunset on a spectacular KO on an unforgettable card.

why not Bisping vs Hendo 2 AFTER Bisping loses his first defence, seeing as everyone is adamant he cannot defend the belt successfully even once. At least the matchup would be "fair" to the rest of the division

As a Hen do fan I say hell yes! Would be insane for him to retire with all his titles. Only thing that makes me say no is Jacare. I think that dude definitely deserves his shot and has been dealt a shitty hand these last few years with no good opponents besides yoel and Vitor.

The Count would NOT be circling left very often this time around. I would much rather see the gold around Hendo, but he don't have enough left at this point in his career. I think he has been fighting professionally since the Vietnam War.

My heart couldn't take it if Hendo lost a rematch and I wouldn't be able to handle listening to Bisping if he won.

After that Lombard win it's a good time to step away. The guy's a legend and UFC gold isn't going to change that.

I say why not. It's not like the ufc has a long history of awarding title shots due wholly on merit.

Bisping is no spring chicken either. I propose a loser leaves town match. Winner goes onto defend the title, loser retires.

Agreed.. should be fun.. problem for hendo is parillo.. he's one of the best striking coaches out there and has upped bisping's game a lot. With Hendo getting hurt every fight now, we may see the tko of him from pillowfists mctea-time.

I have to admit that I'd like to see it.

If Hendo wins again, he can retire as UFC champ and they can hold a tournament for the vacant title.

I gotta agree here. As much I would like to see Henderson with that belt before his retirement, I'd say there's plenty other fighters deserving of that shot.

hendo and bisping won't be holding onto the belt for long anyways.. let them have this fight.
