Michael Bisping vs Georges St-Pierre, anyone?

Michael Bisping's first title defense is still pretty much up in the air, with the new champion not sold on rematching Luke Rockhold immediately after the KO win, and Chris Weidman who is coming off a loss. Bisping has instead expressed interest in avenging a loss to Dan Henderson, or taking a big money fight against Georges St-Pierre, and it looks like there is mutual interest in both.

Henderson has said he is open to having the title rematch as his retirement bout, and now Bisping reveals that he has already been contacted by GSP's camp as well.

"I actually had some people reach out to me and say 'Georges St-Pierre is interested in fighting you'," Bisping said on Fox Sport's Jay and Dan. "Yes, some people from his camp. I was like…

The only way this fight happens is if it's a catchweight and not for the belt. No way the UFC would allow GSP to come back and wreck Bisping for the belt only to see him go back into retirement and vacate it.

And yes, GSP would wreck Bisping.

The division is fairly deep with no dominant champ right now. They can just hold a tournament for the vacant belt.

Don't understand why people are down on this. First it isn't signed. Secondly GSP has been out for a fair bit and has blown knees.

Not sure if it's bitterness that he didn't scrap with Silva or just pure hatred for GSP.

Either way I'll be keen to watch as I'm sure most of you will.
