General Building a cabin out of pallets

The good juans are oak but it depends on the area. I have a buddy that does sales on pallets. He makes quite a bit. MERKA runs on pallets.
Financially tempting, but I wouldn't want to be in regular contact with pallet wood. The methyl bromide treated ones are stamped MB at least, but who knows what the hell else it comes into contact with that they don't stamp, especially if they're from overseas.
