As I explained to @Lars Soros, many people underestimate just how high a dog can jump.
Also that was a somewhat raised area of ground.
The guy set it up and it is what it is....can’t control a dog that stands higher than the fence
I underestimated how high that dog could jump.
Is it just me or does the ground look slightly elevated there?
