He’s fought at 190 in Thai boxing a long time ago when he was 18. He is 6’4” and he has very long arms as well, I think his days of getting below 200 are past him.
Gotcha. I was under the impression he cut very little weight to make 205 (like 10 lbs) if he can't make 185, he should try bulking
He only needs to learn defense!
