I bet youd never say that to a Canadian's face.
Skimming through the video, I couldn't understand what was hard about the prison. 13:14 showed me what was up.
As a Canadian i don't find that offensive lol. The Trailer Park Boys are fictional and damn right drugs cost more in prison. There for sure are organizations who cater to the needs of the imprisoned. But i don't see how what he said was offensive

it's a top 5 show for me, one of the funniest. it's a mockumentary, it's on netflix if you have it
there's a lot of clips on youtube, I'd start by searching for "Rickyisms," where he butchers common idioms & sayings. If you don't find those funny, then you won't like it

I agree. Make it hard on them in prison but have better integration programs when they get out
