Now this is interesting.
Justin Trudeau's WE charity grew even more serious today after Global News reported that the $900 million contract—marketed as going to the WE Charity—was actually given to the WE Charity Foundation, which had no history of charity work and served as a real estate holding company.

There's also an issue where people are so dug in that they just vote for their person. Ie, "conservative" has been made to be such a dirty word that a lot of people won't vote for them regardless of their policies.

Trudeau and his top staffer to testify about ongoing WE Charity controversy

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his chief of staff, Katie Telford, will be put in the parliamentary hot seat over the government's now-cancelled decision to have WE Charity manage a $912-million federal program, as they have both just accepted an invitation to testify before the House of Commons finance committee.

"The Prime Minister has accepted the invitation to appear at the Finance Committee," the Prime Minister's Office confirmed in a statement.

They added in a subsequent statement that "Katie Telford has also accepted an invitation to appear."

Nearly 1,000 people self-isolating as a result of Kelowna parties
The parties in B.C.'s Okanagan that have been blamed for much of the province's recent surge in COVID-19 cases have also left nearly 1,000 people stuck in self-isolation, health officials revealed Wednesday.

Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry said 70 people have now caught the virus as a result of the parties held in Kelowna around Canada Day, and roughly 14 times as many contacts are self-isolating.

"There are now close to 1,000 British Columbians in every health authority who are self-isolating at home because they have been exposed to somebody who has been positive for this virus," Henry said.
