I just read that 75% of average Chinese household wealth is tied up in housing.

  • Owns more than 1300 real estate projects in over 280 cities in China
  • Property Sevices Management is involved in over 2800 projects in 310 cities
  • 200,000 employees
  • Indirectly creates more than 3.8 million jobs

I doubt we'll see a bailout from the Chinese Gov't because...China. They'll probably force the banks to extend the interest payment deadline, which just prolongs the inevitable:

Cross Default
Banks getting stingy with loans
China's economy stagnant for years and years

There will be a ripple effect. China is too big for there not to be.
