Chinese people are a nationality not a race dummy
Racism is defined as hatred to towards people based on thier race, religion, ethnicity, or color of thier skin.
I'm not sure where albinos would fall on this list. They all look the same but could be from any country, any religion, any race etc.

In my experience they're not as racist as westerners. You will never hear a Han Chinese person talk about how their race/ethnicity is the best at everything.
You're the only person who claims to run into these super racists people regularly in day to day life.
