so that means they are letting him off 6 months from now or when ever he "entered the testing pool" ?

somebody worked a deal to get min suspension it seems

Or they got him complacent and just popped him on PEDs a third time...let him get complacent and then fire a "random" test at him after his recent photos where he was looking a bit jacked again
