I'm guessing that was the lap record for a road car at the time, last I heard a Mercedes AMG held the current best time.
The outright lap record was taken by the Porsche 919 Le Mans winning car a few years back, tweaked for extra performance as it wasn't constrained by the rules and regulations of the WEC, and programmed to deploy it's electrical energy at specific points on the track. It's mind bottling how fast it accelerates when the battery power is deployed.
