The NCAA has already ordered us to remove the 2013 banner, because of the last scandal (hookergate) + about 100+ wins & millions of dollars in revenue from the tournament games they played in. This is a totally separate problem, and I expect UofL to get seriously hammered on this one. 3-5 year post season ban + 5 years probation + scholarship reductions + fines, etc.

I thought they were appealing that part of the punishment from hookergate?

Although that's likely a waste at this point.
