This might be a weird question but the search engines has not give me any answer I like (Man up, have patience, build more muscle)
So I need first hand experience!
I have been working out and being more healthy and interested in well... MMA... Since the outbreak.
But a couple of days ago, "practicing" with a friend, same thing that happened before the pandemic happened again:
Even a joking or playing kick from someone around my same weight, hurts a lot.
If is important, he kick the back side of my leg just under the knee, with the side of his feet.
He has been teaching me to block, with the fore arms or hands, like kicks to the face and sort of works, still hurts, but is manageable.
If someday I join a wrestling or MMA gym, what will happen? I will just... Fail awfully at it!
How one manages to survive a serious kick from someone actually trying to beat you?
