Seems he is not training seriously at all, and hasn't spoken to John Kavanagh since the fight. Possibly blaming John for a poor gameplan.

I am not so sure about what you said. He still did a pretty good job against Khabib after 2 years lay off.
Took less damage . We have to see what he looks like in his next fight to decide If he still got the hunger.

Yeah I'm not saying Conor can't... I'm more saying I don't think he cares to
anymore. Hell I wouldn't. I'd be all about big money superfights and selling my
whiskey rather then killing myself for a belt at his level of wealth.

I really don't think he cares to put the level of work in that it takes to get back to
where he was. For what? UFC belts are so diminished in value the juice aint worth
the squeeze at Conors level.

I think like you say his next fight will tell us where his hearts at nowadays

He's such a savvy marketer if he can't/won't get back to winning fights he'll
pivot and continue making millions another way.

He watches Floyd closely and is no dummy when it comes to money.
I don't see him going broke anytime soon. Getting wreckless outta control
depressed and developing a drug habit maybe...

Conor's presence in the sport is easily top 5 most influential things to happen in mma. jesus christ, he busted pay scales wide open. unimaginable the impact. people were getting fucked for money before he turned up.

that run he had was just insane to watch. brilliant.

if he never fights again, or goes full whiskey binge getting ko'd on a weekly basis, he still and always will be mma gold-dust. conor's a fricken unicorn.
