Long past due. These fuckers are terrorists.
You seem so convinced of this and have used this media platform, which you co-own, to promote this conspiracy for the past couple years. As a media publisher, can you explain why you have adopted an image of Antifa as a terrorist organization and are calling for a sweeping government crackdown?

Under the USA Patriot Act, a person is said to be engaging in domestic terrorism if they commit an act:

"'dangerous to human life' that is a violation of the criminal laws of a state or the United States, if the act appears to be intended to: (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping. Additionally, the acts have to occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States and if they do not, may be regarded as international terrorism."

So going by this definition, people like the lunatic who attempted to blow up the ICE facility could've been tried as a terrorist, but remember, Antifa isn't an organization with regular membership. Instead, there are people who issue calls to action to go join a protest, protect protesters, or counter-protest a demonstration which people respond to spontaneously. It's like a Dog Brothers gathering, if you're familiar with those, or a poorly run BJJ tournament. Considering that, what would a government crackdown look like to you?

There's dozens more videos of Antifa attacking people on the streets of various cities within the US, Canada, and even the UK. And their attacks continue to escalate. All I'm saying is, these fuckers appear to be nuts and act as if they nothing to lose. IMO, we're going to end up with a Timothy McVeigh situation if we don't address it now.

What I'm telling you is that the people are not a group. They are just randoms who show up when a call goes out. So if the government were to designate them a terrorist organization, or use RICO laws against them, who does it prosecute? People sending out the call? Does it block any social media posts that say "hey, Neo-nazis are planning a march in Lexington tomorrow. Show up to counter-protest." Does it patrol Trump friendly rallies and arrest any people demonstrating who are hostile to the regime? Does it only arrest people clad in black when demonstrations turn violent?

And did you watch half the videos you just posted? That's terrorism?

Oh goodness, not a Rico investigation

That’s the biggest joke of a set of laws in existence

And btw, I’m not an antifa supporter in any way, shape or form

Fuq outta here.

Our organisation is peaceful. It's just one or two idiots that ruin every single one of our riots.

If I was in authority it put the next antifa rally down with a flamethrower. I'm tired of Thier bullshit

There are people showing up, but the phrase "it's at least worth looking into" by the federal government brings back a lot of uncomfortable memories of Hoover's FBI in this country. Nearly all of the incidents have been investigated by local police and people have already faced charges when they've been apprehended. Bringing it up a notch over a handful of YouTube videos that are being endlessly recycled isn't a precedent I care for any administration to set. From Pine Ridge to the Black Panthers to Waco to Ruby Ridge, the feds have consistently turned local dramas into national tragedies.

Dude u are fucken high .

Every time they have a rally there is an incident of some kind. Usually a pretty bad one .I don't got a fuck who's skin is what colour or what message they portray. Antifa is poison. Trouble causing rioting trash. That's the message they have given me.

I do consider it terrorism. They're terrorizing people in this country and others. I dont know details about who's organizing what, how, and when but I do believe they're an organized group in some capacity. And I think the escalating violence at these "rallies" needs to be taken seriously by law enforcement before someone (or many) are killed. The answer isn't just let them be. If they were peacefully protesting, okay...but they're not. The only seem to rally to incite violence.

You said "I don't know the details of who's organizing what, how and when" but you've labeled this motley Crew terrorists. Terrorists has a specific legal definition and can lead someone to be indefinitely imprisoned if not executed under the laws of this country. You posted videos of individual people slapping, throwing a punch or in one case popping someone in the head with a stick. That's enough for life in prison or death at the hands of the state to you?

You say escalating, but in the past year, Antifa activities overall have slowed down, as have violent clashes. There has been a decline in Antifa actions this year as compared to the last two years, but likely it feels fresh to you because of the anti-Proud Boy demonstration they held just last month where Andy Ngo, a known baiting troll, ended up getting knocked around. Also because of the idiot who went for the ICE facility, but he's not much different than the guy who shot two cops and said he was a Black Lives Matter enthusiast, the New Zealand shooter who was inspired by people talking on 8chan or the Pittsburgh synagogue shooter who was inspired by groups on Gab.

You also say "the answer isn't just letting them be," but in most cases where there has been violence, there have been arrests on all sides by local police, who have been treating Antifa and Proud boys "activists" like tailgaters or football hooligans; booking them for assault, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, etc.

To label a person or group a terrorist isn't something we can do lightly in the post 9/11 world, especially during contentious political times. The overdeployment of the security state at home and abroad is what Trump voters say they voted to put an end to. I know it's tempting because of the way media is framing things on left and right to polarize you and want to see those you dislike punished, but resist that inclination. Remember why you didn't want the Clintons back in office and how dangerous coordinated state power for political purposes can be. Let the cops do their jobs.
