My custom policy is the same as it always has been: No deposits required. No payment is accepted until you’ve seen photos of AND approved the finished work. That means that if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the final product, you’re under no obligation to make the purchase.
Lead times can vary from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the complexity of the request.
All those who donated to the aforementioned fundraisers will see a 10% discount applied to the base price of all knives.
All those who contributed to the prize pools will see a 20% discount applied.
