Dan Henderson warns Bisping: 'Be careful what you ask for'

“Be careful what you ask for, you might just get it," Hendo warns Bisping ahead of their UFC middleweight title fight.

According to Dan Henderson, his middleweight championship bout with Michael Bisping will take place at UFC 204 and is set to be announced in the next couple of days.

'Hendo', who last fought at UFC 199 where he brutally knocked out Hector Lombard in the second round, delivered one of the most memorable KO's in the sport when he starched Bisping at UFC 100. 'The Count' says he's still teased about the outcome to this day and plans to redeem himself in the rematch.

Henderson, however, who plans to retire after the bout as one of MMA's most legendary figures, warns Bisping that he should be careful what he wishes for.

Love Hendo, guys an All time Great ....but lets be real.


He didnt deserve this fight, he's Old, he can't take TRT, and he is ranked below many deserving contenders.

Bisping has looked great as of late especiailly since USADA was introduced......

Bisping was one of the most annoying arrogant fighters to ever grace the Octagon during his early days and back @ UFC 100 it was Poetic Justice to see Hendo Drop that H-BOMB on Bispings Chin ...it was necessary and gave Bisping a nice dose of humble pie ...really put his Ego in check.



But that was 6 years ago, and times have changed .....I got Bisping beating Hendo with ease in this rematch that IMO should never have been booked.



Would have prefered Bisping Vs. Mousasi.

... but, damn does Bisping make himself unlikeable though.

I agree with Bisping being unlikable. However, while i still enjoy watching Henderson fight, I lost all respect for him from that intentional forearm on an unconscious man. I know I'm probably in the minority but oh well

What's crazier is he's used the same exact setup in every fight since... From Fedor to both Shogun fights... and it seems only Machida, Mousasi & Rashad were able to recognize it.

Like many of us, I hated Bisping back then and thoroughly enjoyed seeing him get cracked. Not sure if it was because he was a dick and has now changed, or because that's what the media machine has brainwashed me to do, but he has grown on me over the years. I don't despise him and it was nice to see him get the belt. He stepped in on short notice and got the job done even though he's not the best fighter in the division- in my opinion. Kudos to him! However, anyone who don't love Hendo can suck a dirty dick. Hendo is an all time great and a real mans man. It would be great to see him get the belt, but it just ain't happening. No way Bisping circles into that right again. He will avoid it at all cost and the belt stays with him---for now.
