One of the most anticipated matchups of 2016 was the supposed welterweight fight between Robbie Lawler and Donald Cerrone. Originally scheduled for UFC 205 last November, the bout was scrapped when Lawler, for unspecified reasons, was unable to compete.

Initial reports have claimed that the fight will be rescheduled for a second time at UFC 214 on July 29th in Anaheim, headlined by…

Hope they schedule this fight soon instead of making another matchup.

Never noticed the scar down the middle of his stomach.
He got it from when his motorcycle decided it wanted to be a part of him. For real.

And the dude's insane, he was going to fight Robbie friggin Lawler with a pulled groin, a jacked up knee and a staph infection that made him go to the hospital to get IVs. No wonder he never pulled out of a fight if he was willing to go on stage with all that, makes me wonder what ailed him in previous fights. I remember he hurt his leg and foot from rage kicking Myles Jury and then still fought Bendo two weeks later.

If I ever have a kid who wants to be in MMA, I will certainly cite Cerrone as an example of how to conduct themselves.

(minus the cowboy hat)
