Daniel Cormier is thrilled to be fighting in a 25-foot cage.
Cormier (22-2 MMA, 11-2 UFC) challenges heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic in the main event of UFC 252 on Aug. 15, looking to put a stamp on their rivalry.
They’re tied at 1-1, with former dual-champ Cormier winning the first fight with a first-round knockout at UFC 226 and Miocic evening the score at UFC 241 by rallying to stop Cormier in Round 4.
This time, they will compete at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, where the UFC has been using a 25-foot cage for the fights....
