Giving this a shot because I'm also starting a new weightlifting regimen.
Starting today, I shall not fap. I shall track progress here- workouts and days without fapping. For anyone interested, I'm doing the greyskull linear progression program. This will be in addition to hikes with the dawg and shadowboxing/heavybag/sparring training- I'm not going to keep track of that.
