Need some help from my homies. My sons Dell laptop died. Im not sure if its recoverable. He is running windows 7. On start up it does this.

Is there anything that can be done or is this a brick? The only thing that seems to work is the mouse.

You can make a boot iso on a memory stick. Reinstall with that and then phone up to register your copy.

Thats what my son is talking about, but we
have no idea how. You two are much more tech savy than iam. Hes 12. I use computers as a tool for work writing and troubleshooting PLC code. When they stop working im lost.
