Copy and paste the GFY cat link
It automatically embeds and animates. If it didn't do so on your end is probably just a hiccup with mobile. Do the same and just refresh your page. Mobile browsers do all kinds of weird caching with embed frames. They are not anticipating the person posting. Just the refresh to view.
