It could be argued that the first incident was not deliberate but the second one was really late. Easily avoidable.

It's minor stuff in the grand scheme of things but, as the video notes, TAM often accused Cody of going too hard during sparring and raising the odds of injuring teammates.

If this video is accurately synced, that's despicable.
There's no place in any sports for that kinda crap.

I saw that on reddit this morning. Looks like the TAM guys were telling the truth.

This isn’t surprising you have the whole of TAM saying what went down then you have spoilt little Dillashaw with his sob story. It was obvious who was telling the truth the whole time.

No excuse for that punch after the bell. That is a cunt move in general nevermind to a teammate.

saw the video and thought the same thing. there was no heat on either shot.
that may be so, but it's still fucked up to do that, unless I guess if the other guy was doing something similarly not cool earlier. Sometimes even a light shot can screw you up if you're not expecting it.

based on the other guy's reaction, it was somewhere between "no big deal" and "whatever".

Yo that is BS

first one is late and obvious...forgivable if it is the only time ever

but this guy obviously is a bit of a loon in there...Guy relaxes and you throw full heat?

wonder if he only does this to guys he can bully?

kinda felt like the guy didn't know how to react to it and never would do that

hard to know, but TJ should be better than that

good info...thanks

did you hear the story of cheap shot on holds worth?...pretty sad
the guy whose career he supposedly ended with a cheap shot? that's probably not true the way TAM spelled it out. the truth lies somewhere in the middle and when a necktat guy who acts like an unstable socyopath is supposed to be the more level headed one you know there's something wrong. MMA is pure meathead just bleed culture and I guess everybody tries to kill themselves in sparring. maybe Dillashaw just turns it up a little bit more?

So with a 20 seconds video and no context we can't really know anything. Maybe they even joked abou TJ's reputation and Takeru's chin before? anyway that looked like an acknowledging love shot after the bell, like instead of touching gloves you tap your partner on the chin after sparring.
