I started eating in a 12pm-8pm window a little while ago. Let's me have lunch and dinner with my wife. It's worked out pretty well for me.Been doing OMAD for a few days now and loving it. Tried other various IF windows but was a pain. I'm not usually hungry until early afternoon so waiting a few more hours and just eating once has been sooo nice. Amazed at how much time has been freed up during the day not thinking about, prepping or eating food. Good stuff. Tracking progress, will see how I go over the next few weeks.
