Wrong again, amigo. She can make parliament do whatever she pleases. In the early 2000s when Canadian parliament needed to be dissolved she had to do it because she's in charge as the Queen of Canada.

He lives in U.K. and is ignorant about her role. As someone that lives in a commonwealth nation she is also head of state here. I always thought it was just a ceremonial post.
