We just wanted to see those last two rounds. Do I think Nate would have pulled off some magical finish to a fight he was losing? Who knows! That’s why this ending was unfortunate and they should play it back next year some time.Diaz was outclassed, why would anyone wanna see that again it was a one sided beatdown.
Nate has never finished a fight in the 4th or 5th round. Masvidal was in total control and hasnt been finished in about 10 years. It was gonna be more punishment for Diaz.We just wanted to see those last two rounds. Do I think Nate would have pulled off some magical finish to a fight he was losing? Who knows! I never said he was going to pull it off but part of Nates craft is the second and third winds he gets in those later rounds. Anyway....Nate has never finished a fight in the 4th or 5th round. He admitted himself he didn't have the pace to push it at all , this 4th and 5th round narrative is bullshit, he was as tired if not more tired than Jorge, he also had half his face torn off and a welt like a golf ball on his left side , he got fucking battered, there were maybe 20 seconds in the 2nd he looked decent and about 30 in the 3rd .I never said he was going to pull it off but part of Nates craft is the second and third winds he gets in those later rounds. Anyway....
completely agree, but I don't want to see Nate getting baptized for 3 more rounds to see if those winds matter. When Jorge sat down at the end of the third, he didn't look relaxed and confident like the first round...Nate is a problem in deep watersI never said he was going to pull it off but part of Nates craft is the second and third winds he gets in those later rounds. Anyway....
Quoting my own reply to edit...No
It’s a completely irrelevant fight that means nothing
