They are animals.

They eat food that is still alive.

You want to rail against that too?

You are farting in a hurricane.

But they will be normal in about 25 years

Americans were slaughtering Red Indians in 1874.

Had slaves after that.

Human slaves.

Don't give me your bio diversity to a race that is only a hundred years behind yours.
Here's an article about a group of endangered animals starving to death as a group because a dam has taken away their food source:

Orcas of the Pacific Northwest Are Starving and Disappearing

A lot of the climate activists don't seem to realize that humans aren't going to be wiped off the map by climate change, it's the wildlife that will.

I also have no idea what your slavery rant is about.

In one hundred years you slaughtered them all
Okay, so there's a couple things. 1) I never slaughtered any of them. 2) There was never 500 million, it was more like 30 million. 3) That was an artificial number. 4) The bison populations low number was 350. Would you say that going from 350 to 500 000 is a good improvement, or not?

Cmon bro
Only he can judge another country by his rules
Funny thing is, he's from the U.K.

Where North America killed off most of its wildlife and has been bringing it back ever since, the U.K. just keeps killing it off. He also apparently didn't notice that the problematic dam I was pointing out is in America.

I was using you in the pejorative sense.

Some say there were more 50 million.

I apologise. I hit an extra zero. I didn’t mean 500.

They're also horrible for bio-diversity and the wildlife that lives in the area.
The salmon runs are not worth fucking with.

I spent a few years destroying and reclaiming a 1970s Dam once...Then I replanted the valley with trees and plants...created a maze of streams to allow fish to spawn etc...

Saw cougar, bear, elk, beaver, rattler and many more...was pretty fun.

after like 30 years of a dam there were still fish ready to go up that creek the moment the excavator scooped out the last of the concrete from Demo and opened up the creek to the river again

I love the Idea of Hydro

Facts remain.

Buffalo are gone as native species in America

Yet apparently dammng a river is cause for concern.

It was in the mid the mid 90s when folks were aware of the project.

But to compare that with the systematic slaughter of one of the few indigenous mammal specious of the continent.....

It’s cool.

Yeah, hydro seems great until you realize it's full scale impact.

p.s. If you aren't listening to Cal's Week in Review you need to reevaluate your life choices.

No, they aren't. The numbers are increasing.

Yet apparently dammng a river is cause for concern.
It absolutely is. Across North America they're tearing them down as they realize the issues they create.

But to compare that with the systematic slaughter of one of the few indigenous mammal specious of the continent.
What in the fuck are you talking about?

He agreed with you for some reason.

I think he’s jarred up

As science improves that number pretty consistently decreases. Turns out written records aren't always the most accurate.

Eh?

What are you on about?

written records aren’t always the most accurate?

How would you do it?

Smear feces against a wall?

The cougar was always checking me out when I was working the valley solo
It had two cubs so I think it wanted to keep me on the defensive

I used to check its tracks daily
