Herp a derp. India is a democracythe Chinese and Indians are also fucking their environment (and the world to a certain degree) in ways only a dictatorship can.

The moment someone begins a climate change rant, all I do is count the minutes they do not, mention the NEED, to eat the babies.
Yeah, man. Nixon was a crazy left liberal.tree huggers and liberals are also the reason we have the plastic mess we are in now. all the environmental problems we have now have been started by liberals
It's relatively common to see PMs get abused and it's probably Australian culture's most redeeming quality - the healthy lack of respect for authority. It's not just bogans - we just don't really give a fuck about our PMs.@CreativeClassMauler and his family aren't taking any of Scott Morrison's shit

It reached 120 degrees Fahrenheit in Sydney's west today. That's about the same as Phoenix's record. When you consider that Sydney is not in a fucking desert like Phoenix is though, you realize that it's starting to become a problem.@CreativeClassMauler and his family aren't taking any of Scott Morrison's shit

Average Americans don't realize how obsequious they are, and that they treat high-profile government members as if they are the aristocracy, despite all of the far more extreme anti-government rhetoric. You somehow are more deferential to power than even the English. It's fucking weird.
My interaction with Morrison, and then how I describe the interaction to my buddies would go like this:Yeah I can't stand Trump but if I saw him that close I would probably shake his hand and say "thank you for visiting my town, Mr President"
Him going to Hawaii while the country was burning was pretty god damn funnyMy interaction with Morrison, and then how I describe the interaction to my buddies would go like this:
Very bad politics, but if people were a bit more rational, that actually wouldn't be that big a deal. These are the worst bushfires ever in scope but not in lives lost and we do get them every year. An acting PM could act on the same advice.Him going to Hawaii while the country was burning was pretty god damn funny
