General Does this have all the makings of a good roast?

Instant pots are awesome. They can cook ribs, roasts and other cuts of meat that normally take a long time to get tender in a fraction of the time.

Chilli, pasta sauce and similar dishes do not turn out as well if you cook them under pressure due to the flavours not having the time to coagulate with each other. Though there is a slow cooker option for those kinds of things.
