I've had that happen when the hood didn't properly latch, it's pretty scary. I didn't keep driving, I pulled over to the side.

That’s some damn good driving but when he was able to see no one in front of him he should have pulled over…oh, wait, still didn’t know what the fuck was in front of him…good way to kill several people except he would be the only survivor as per most stupid car driver accidents

Same, but I drove a good block or so at 70mph before pulling over.
Thank god I didn't hit anyone.
I've also had a wheel fall off to bad bearings, and drove on an axle on another to boot.
