Just made this. Very simple.
Score skin of duck breast a few times.
Put breast in a cold pan, skin down, turn heat up high. 5 mins.
Flip breast over, 1 min.
Put breasts in oven on 175C for 15 mins (depending on preferred doneness).
Stir fry some veg for a couple of mins.
Put some marmalade in a bowl, microwave for 60 secs. Mix orange juice to preferred consistency of sauce.
Put one on t'other.
