He's only 6'4". I know he looks much taller when he hugs you inevitably, but even that guy can't reach the second story without a ladder.

Even then you need an extension ladder to reach the top of the windows. I did it in 2017 for my sister-in-law, but it was so much trouble that I'm not doing it again unless there's a high chance of a direct hit from a cat 5
