No fighting please.
I'm a member of the scam baiting community (you all should be. You can make calls with an account on The Telephone Fraud Scam Database
The site requires you allow it to record your calls for obvious reasons)
Some people, I'll work with; I send along the twenty numbers I get calls from daily.
But some, in particular an Eastern European I won't name, has what I think of as reaction racism.
Recently he called a gift voucher call center and an African American answered. The European asked if he raps.
The scammer said, "Is this because I'm African American?"
The answer was yes. He hung up. Then the European exclaimed "What a racist!"
Which brings me to the question, why does this happen? Many times a racism or stereotype is used, and when they don't like it, it's always the other guy's fault for taking offense.
I'd like to hear from European folks about this, it seems firmly established with this fellow.
