cedricmarksisbitch went thru a range of emotions haha.
he broke out?
Yep. He was captured in a 9 hour man-hunt. Conroe Police, Montgomory Co., Harris County, Ice, Border Patrol, Texas Rangers, Dps, Fugitive Task Force, and US Marshals got him hiding in a trash can on an escape in a transfer from Michigan to Texas. He escaped right outside of Houston in Conroe.
is he gonna get life? death?
Looks more like The Vulture than Spiderman these days... damn....
@cedricmarksisbitch you were saying
You can best believe if the prosecuting attorney won't give him the needle, we're going for a prosecuting attorney who will give it to him. This isn't over until we have justice and a life sentence WILL NOT be accepted.
Have y’all met with the prosecutor yet? I would think they’ll be calling y’all in the next couple of weeks.
God I love that chick......
So he probably killed a woman in 2009 too? Then murdered his ex gf and her boyfriend because she broke up with him?
Gonna get the needle.
I'll put it this way. There's more bodies than Jenna Scott. There's more bodies than Michael Swearington. There's more bodies than April Peace (whom we haven't found yet, but it is being heavily looked into.) This guy has also murdered others, including another guy out of Oklahoma. And there's a lot more evidence going to fry his ass than he thinks.
She tried to break up with him. She took measures as far as going out of town or state to hide from him. She cried and begged to the Judge for help. She showed physical proof that he was violating restraining orders, was making life threatning threats, and she knew he was going to kill her. Again, denied by the Judge.
I’m very sorry for your loss. I can’t begin to imagine.
So to update you guys, you can check this link and it will give you the latest news out of right now. It tells how they were killed, where they were killed, and the whole story. This is directly from the witness that was there during the crime. It's a very sad story. Jenna was a student at the University of Mary Harden Baylor and was going to be a nurse. She was a great person and didn't deserve it. Michael, from the few times I've seen him, he's probably the nicest person you could ever run into. The type of person that would never even say a bad thing about another human being.
Cedric Marks killed Jenna Scott, Michael Swearingin at Killeen home, witness claims in arrest affidavit
Sincerely thank you to all the prayers and empathy.
I went and got a membership to a local gym and have begun trying to stay positive in every way possible.
Not to derail the thread but a quick post for those who agree with me re: Emmy Rossum:
Straight up wife material!
The state will be seeking the death penalty in this matter.
BELTON, Texas (KWTX) The Bell County District Attorney announced he will seek the death penalty against accused double murderer Cedric Marks.
Henry Garza said Tuesday he filed with the District Clerk the DA’s notice that we will seek the death penalty.
Marks, 45, is accused of killing Jenna Scott, 28, and her friend Michael Swearingin, 32, whose bodies were found on Jan. 15 in clandestine graves in rural Okfusee County, Okla.
Scott and her close friend Swearingin were last heard from on Jan. 4.
Swearingin’s car was later found south in Austin.
Marks’ current girlfriend, Maya Renee Maxwell, 26, who’s accused of helping abandon Swearingin’s vehicle in an effort to hide it from authorities, is also charged with capital murder.
Marks, who remains in custody on a $1.7 million bond, has pleaded “Absolutely not guilty” to the capital murder charges.
Maj. TJ Cruz with the Bell County Sheriff’s Department said bond for a separate burglary charge is $250,000.
Marks attorney Michael Whites said earlier it could be up to two years before a trial is held now that the state is pursuing the death penalty.
Good. Fuck this POS.
