Of all the conspiracy theories out there, this one is among the spookiest and in my opinion, believable. The fact that this isn't something new, they've been singing about the same stuff over decades and spanning different genres, should raise an eyebrow.
One night, my wife and I were talking about some stuff relating loosely to this. I tried to open her mind to it and I could tell she was kind of going along with it, but not truely sinking in. So I gave her a quick quiz, and I don't know if this will work for every song there is out there, but I gave it a shot anyways.
I said do you ever listen to the words of these songs, or just get into the beat and move your body to the sound? She said she listens to some, but some don't make sense to her. I said good, now... What if I told you that they are all talking about the same thing? She said I dunno, what do they all have in common?
I told her that I was going to play the next ten pop songs in a row. I told her that I'm going to give her the key to unlock it, like a legend on a map so it makes sense. I told her the key was satan, and asked if she could, within this context, or parameter, connect the dots to see if it was possible come to the conclusion that there was some meaning that could be construed as a metaphor relating to that subject. Ok, game on...
