But you’ve seen it, you must know.
There's one scene where Stewart runs through the town wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. And the last scene of the movie there is a Christmas tree - and the last line of the movie references a bell that is hanging on the tree.
That's it. The rest of the movie has zero to do with Christmas.
I’ll carry on with the swerve then. Whenever I mention I haven’t seen it I’m met with a look of complete disgust.
No, I didn't.
It's a great movie. Just not a Christmas movie.
yes you did.
You realize you can watch it once and change the channel, right?
MERRY CHRISTMAS MR. HAULER!
Home Alone 2? I thought it was absolutely horrible.
As well you should be
Eight crazy nights
How the Grinch stole Christmas
More seriously, this is definitely in my top bunch:
Marv brings the laughs. It also has a cameo by the most entertaining president of all time.
I was under the impressin the list was to contain fictional movies, rather than documentaries.
Then why did you include Die Hard?
It's based on a true story rather than actual documentation.
If I were including documentaries I'd have put in the recent Star Wars series as Mrs Beard and I go see them the weekend after Christmas as a holiday tradition.
Anything from Rankin/Bass.
solid list . i personally hate elf with a passion and would replace it with christmas vacation or scrooged
Scrooged is criminally under rated. Maybe Bill Murray's best performance.
Why you hate elf?
its pretty funny, no? And that warm Christmasy vibe
I always get winter hay fever when I watch it for some reason.
And I'm definitely in the Die Hard is not a Christmas film.
Jason’s just an asshole that can’t appreciate quality entertainment. Elf is awesome.
