Let's say Bellator had tried to put together Fedor/Chael 4-5 hours before the fight? Would it even be likely that would've been cleared through the athletic commission out there?

Ok. I wasn't sure how difficult that would've been on such short notice. If they rolled over the medicals or they needed to be cleared each time etc.
