and believe me, I know when someone has had a nose surgery. I have had two, not that it was necessary, more like milo yannapolous with his liposuction and also a nose job. The first "surgeon" total fuckhead who didnt know what he was doing, fucked my nose up. Then I went to the other country to the specialist and he gave me a part of my ear into my nose. Still not satisfied but if I wanted to have sexual relationship with a human, it wouldnt be hard for me to accomplish that
