It shows a mystery woman who reportedly ended up in A&E after confusing her hair mousse with a can of expanding builder's foam.

The image, believed to have been taken at a hospital somewhere in Eastern Europe, has been widely shared on social media on Tuesday.

Is it though
I'm Murican and my opinion is yes. Our healthcare system is beyond broken. Countries like Sweden, Finland, etc have it right. Just my opinion, of course. There's a lot we can still learn.

I understand Americans not wanting to pay for other people. I have 2 main issues with that though:

1) Unless you're a high earner, you are still subsidised by the tax payer. The tax paid on a 40k salary doesn't cover police, fire service, schools, garbage collection, roads, street lighting, military etc. Should those all be privatised as well? If you don't want to pay for socialised health care, why should someone else pay for your kids to go to school?

2) UK and US citizens pay similar tax rates, yet we have a national health service. So the ire is misplaced - you already pay enough for social healthcare. Your government is ripping you off.
