General Flushmounted Exterior Wall light?

Looking to replace the shit I got on the house with flush mounted ones? I'm having issues finding what I'm envisioning. LED and as close to the wall I'm mounting them on as possible. Any ideas?

They make pretty compact little solar deck lights. But not flush.

Ended up with some 5k ones that are like 2" from the wall. That will do.

Seems like standards 4-6" can lights with short trim should work.
Can we see a current pic of your situation, and some other house shots, especially the kitchen?
