A lightweight matchup between #15 ranked Francisco Trinaldo and Paul Felder is targeted for the UFC's return to Brazil in September.

Following a huge stadium show in Curitiba on May 14th, the UFC's next appearance in Brazil will be in late September. MMA Fighting reported earlier this week that one matchup that is expected to happen is a lightweight bout between Francisco Trinaldo and Paul Felder.

Trinaldo (20-4) is coming off a completely bonkers win against Yancy Medeiros at the aforementioned UFC 198. The 37-year-old had Medeiros nearly knocked out on multiple occasions, and Medeiros almost had him stopped at the end of the 2nd round. I like the fight.

Dunno why but I like Felder, seem to root for him everytime I watch him.

Trinaldo doesnt pass the "just look at him" test, not accusing him but find him hard to root for.

Dat fight with Mederios was awesome though...
